For over 25 years, Michele Catoire has been involved in the mortgage community and is known for her servant leadership, thoughtfulness, positivity, and vast industry knowledge.
Michele’s experience as a Branch Manager, Loan Officer and Processor in the retail division and Branch Manager and Account Executive in the wholesale division of mortgage lending is the cornerstone of her extensive program knowledge.
Michele’s passion for service and excellence has been recognized, both within the industry and throughout the community, as exemplified by her 15 years of President’s Club awards.
She was the recipient of the WAMP President’s Award and the NAPW VIP Woman of the Year Award. She was presented with the WAMP Loan Office of the Year award.
When Michele is not leading her team and taking care of her clients, she can be found volunteering and giving back to the community through charity events and fundraisers. Two organizations particularly dear to Michele include Art with Heart and the First Place School in Seattle, WA.

Rebecca has lived in Western WA since 1996 when she relocated here from CA where she was born and raised. She graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of CA at San Diego and has spent over 22 years in the mortgage lending industry.
In her spare time, Rebecca loves to be a mother to her children whom she and her husband were blessed to receive through the gift of adoption. She also enjoys the outdoors and is an enthusiastic hiker, skier, volleyball player, and golfer. She and her family enjoy camping and boating in the summers together.

Glenn Leach has been in the mortgage industry since 2002 and has built his business around educating borrowers to determine their best loan option. Using Zig Ziglar’s philosophy of “you can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want,” Glenn has become recognized as a dedicated educator and lender in the state. Drawn to Puyallup by his wife Michele, this Tacoma native enjoys using his music background to help children’s musical theater groups and spending time with his wife, three kids and dog.
